Flange taper bush pulley is a mechanical power transmission components that uses a flanged type taper bushing to securely lock a pulley (sheave) on to a drive shaft widely used in industrial belt driven system such as conveyr system, textile machinery, mininging industries, construction equipments agricultural machinery and manufacturing plants.

Due to the external keys and secure clamping flange taper bush pulley have higher torque transmite capability compared to standard taper lock pulley.

Belt Use

Flange taper bush pulley design for both classical V belts (section Z, A, B, C) and narrow V belts (section SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC).

Easy To Install, Easy To Remove

To install:- Flange taper bush and pulley, the cap screws are used as pull-wrench only-no additional leverage is necessary.

To remove:- The cap screws are taken out and used as jack screws. A few quick turns on each screw, and the tight grip of the bushing on the shaft is easily broken.
