Taper Bush Pulley

Application

Taper bush pulley are widely used in industrial belt driven system such as conveyr system, pumps, fans, blowers, compresor agricultural machinery and manufacturing plants.

Derk taper bush pulley are manufacturing according to ISO-4183.

Belt Use

Taper bush pulley design for both classical V belts (section Z, A, B, C) and narrow V belts (section SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC).

Instalation And Remove

Installation and removal are quick and only require standard hand tools like allen key.

Insert bush in hub of pulley with align drilled holes of bushing with tapped holes in hub.

Greasing thread and point of grub screw or in cap screws threads and under head, insert screws through tapeed holes in pulley hub and thread loosely.

Position assembly on shaft and tighten screws progressively and uniformly until obtain fully secured grip.

After pulley has been running under load for a short time stop and check tighteen of screws.

Fill empty holes with grease to exclude dirt.

Fast remove:- Remove screws from hub and thread in to tapeped holes in bushing, tighten alternately until bushing free from hub. Remove assembly from shaft.
